Do I need to be a Christian or religious?
Not at all. All people from all walks of life are invited to connect here. Basically we assess and include ‘spiritual’ as a category of support (for example spiritual abuse issues). The Bible is full of ancient wisdom for modern problems and (if you would like this) we will integrate it into your sessions. There is no pressure to discuss spiritual concerns - it is up to you.
Your Questions, Answered
How do I schedule my first online session?
Complete the ‘Let’s Work Together’ form or send us an email to make a booking. We also offer a free 15 min brief call if you prefer to talk over your questions or situation. When you book you’ll receive a secure video link and brief intake form via email.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a private-pay model to keep our sessions flexible and confidential. Upon request, we can provide an account which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What technology do I need for online therapy?
Any computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone will work. A private and safe space away from listening ears is a good idea. Your device will need to be stable, such as in a stand or on a desk or book.
